  • No Red Tape: no income verification, no tax returns, and fast approvals based on the project’s value.

Cash Out Home Loans

  • Cash-out DSCR loans allow real estate investors to access the trapped equity in their rental properties without needing to sell, enabling them to reinvest in additional properties, fund home improvements, or just have additional cash available.
  • No Income Verification with DSCR Loans: DSCR loans qualify based on rental income, not personal income, making them ideal for self-employed investors or those with complex financials.
  • LLC Ownership: Certain programs allow for the DSCR loans to take title under an LLC, avoiding the need to report to personal credit. This can be a significant advantage for personal debt to income ratios.

  • Down payment on the purchase price only
